Bukayo Saka is one of Europe’s brightest talents and former Liverpool right-back Glen Johnson believes the Arsenal forward should pack up his bags and move to Merseyside.
The 20-year-old scored 11 goals and assisted seven times for his Arsenal teammates last season, again proving he has what it takes to mix it with the best in Europe’s most competitive league.
Arsenal, however, failed to make the Uefa Champions League, something which is vital for Saka moving forward if he is to stay at the London club.
Manchester City are said to be monitoring Saka’s situation at Arsenal, with the youngster only having two years left on his current contract, nevertheless, former Liverpool right-back Glen Johnson believes Anfield would be a match made in heaven for the forward.

Speaking to the Games Cabin, Johnson said how he believes Saka would fit perfectly into Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp’s system.
‘I’d like to see Bukayo Saka go to Liverpool.’ Stated Johnson.
‘But he’s playing well for Arsenal, and he clearly enjoys being there. He’s obviously a good lad, and you can see that from the way he interacts with other players.’
‘He’s still super young so maybe a few more years at Arsenal would work too. As long as he continues to stamp his authority there, then the big teams are still going to want to sign him.’
Saka would certainly fit the mold for the type of player who Liverpool would move for and if Arsenal fails to gain a place in the Champions League this season, it wouldn’t be a surprising move at all.
