This time last year, the Liverpool support, to put it mildly, were disappointed when the club hierarchy agreed to sell Philippe Coutinho, to Barcelona.

Coutinho was an integral part of the Anfield set-up and not even a fee of £142 million totally appeased the fans who idolised the 26-year-old Brazilian.

However, as has to be the case, the club moved on and with the money well spent Jurgen Klopp could bring the Premier League trophy to Anfield for the first time since its inception.

But it appears Coutinho’s move to the Camp Nou hasn’t been as successful as both the player and Barcelona hoped and according to speculation, as reported by the local media source, the Liverpool Echo, Barcelona may be willing to sell the Brazilian international.

However, despite the player possibly being available, our referenced source is championing the inference that Jurgen Klopp holds no ambitions of re-signing the player.

Now, to me, that makes sense, the team has evolved without Coutinho and we’re on the verge of becoming top-dogs again, why unsettle what’s settled?

But is that a view you share, or would you go all-out to bring Coutinho back to Anfield?
