Johnson MOTM Against Stoke

When asked who you thought was the MOTM against Stoke 68% of the voters went for Glen Johnson. The summer signing marked his Reds home debut with a goal in the 4-0 win over Stoke and his energetic and impressive display, even if he’d not scored, was enough to see him picked out as the most impressive player, ahead of Lucas Leiva.

The England international arrived with a big reputation, for a big fee, and at the moment Johnson has started well, well enough for Alan Hansen to proclaim that the right back could be the main difference for us this season (the topic of the latest poll.)

Here is a roundup of how the poll, suggested by Bosko-Macedonia, went:

MOTM vs Stoke?

Johnson (68%)
Lucas (8%)
Stevie G (6%)
Torres (3%)
Ayala (3%)
Ngog (2%)
Masch (2%)
Voronin (2%)
Pepe (2%)
Insua (1%)
Yossi (1%)
Riera (1%)
Kuyt (1%)
Carra (0%)

Which way did you vote here? Were you again among the majority in the 68% amount, or did you go into the 32% in one of the other options?
