The summer transfer window is just months away and the Reds are reportedly set to make at least one signing in attack to add further quality in depth to our options up top.

After recent reports suggested that players such as Divock Origi, Xherdan Shaqiri, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could make their way out of the club if the right offers were to come in, it highlighted a clear vision that the club and Jurgen Klopp have plans of increasing the quality of the club’s squad depth.

One of the players that have been recently linked with a move to the club by Transfer Market Web as cited by The Hard Tackle, is VfB Stuttgart striker Saša Kalajdžić, who has impressed for the German club in their first season in the Bundesliga since promotion last season. After his first 24 games for the club in the German top division, the 23-year-old has 13 goals and 4 assists, with 8 of those goals coming in his last seven games in a row.

Will Klopp improve the Liverpool squad this summer?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Kalajdžić is clearly enjoying some of the best football of his career so far and it is understandable for the Reds to reportedly be interested in his signature in the summer.

Not only that, but one of my favourite attributes about the Austrian international is that he stand at 6ft 6 inches tall and six of his 13 goals this season have been with his head – something that would bring a whole new dynamic to the way Liverpool can attack and finally provides a commanding presence in the box to get on the end of the balls into the box from Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson. The youngster is quite frankly a beast.

What do you think Liverpool fans, would Kalajdzic be a good addition? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section down below…
