Although here at Vital Liverpool, we expected an element of activity this transfer window, we must admit we’ve been surprised by the volume already.

With this being just the fifth day of the January window being open, we’ve already see Dominic Solanke and Nathaniel Clyne join Bournemouth, the former on a permanent deal and the latter on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Now, speculation is emerging that suggests our midfielder, Adam Lallana, could also be leaving the club.

According to the news source, Caught Offside, the Turkish club, Fenerbahce, are interested in acquiring the services of the 30-year-old.

Lallana’s appearances in the first-team have been sporadic this season and there is definitely an argument for Liverpool to move the player on.

But it remains to be seen whether Lallana is interested in a move to Turkish football or is prepared to wait and see what other offers might emerge between now and the transfer window slamming shut at the end of the month.
