J├╝rgen Klopp and his players will again face Championship opposition in the next stage of the 2016/17 EFL Cup…

Liverpool’s reward for Tuesday night’s 2-1 EFL Cup victory over Tottenham Hotspur is a home tie against Leeds United in round five.

In the two rounds prior to the visit of Spurs, the Merseysiders also met Championship opposition; comfortably defeating both Burton Albion and Derby County.

Leeds booked a visit to Anfield via a penalty shootout victory over Norwich City. Gary Monk’s side knocked-out Blackburn Rovers, Luton Town and Fleetwood Town in the earlier rounds.

The two teams last met in 2009 when a solitary David N’Gog goal was enough to secure Liverpool victory (also in this competition).

Full Draw
Liverpool vs. Leeds United
Manchester United vs. West Ham United
Hull City vs. Newcastle United
Arsenal vs. Southampton

Ties will be staged w/c November 28 and must be decided on the night.
