Merseysiders will be at home to the Baggies later this month…
Liverpool’s reward for dramatically beating neighbours Everton on Friday night is a home tie against West Bromwich Albion in round four of the 2017/18 FA Cup.
The Baggies reached the next stage courtesy of a 2-0 win at League Two side Exeter City on Saturday.
The two Premier League teams played out a 0-0 draw when they met at Anfield in the league in December.
Despite a host of meetings in the League Cup over the years, Liverpool and West Brom haven’t met in the FA Cup since April 1968 when the Midlanders emerged with a 2-1 quarter-final second replay success.
Round four fixtures will take place on or around the weekend of Saturday 27 and Sunday January 2018.
