Liverpool ‘seems the preference’ for Bellingham

Liverpool ‘seems to be the preference’ for Jude Bellingham as links over a summer move to Anfield continue to grow, according to reliable journalist Jacque Talbot.

The transfer specialist was holding a Q&A to mark the occasion of reaching 20,000 followers on Twitter when I asked whether Liverpool fans should be excited in terms of Bellingham chances.

Talbot replied: “Absolutely mate- seems the preference.”

Talbot has been on the ball with transfers as of late, being one of the first people to report an Arnaut Danjuma’s snubbing of Everton in favour of a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

All of the latest reports seem to be pointing in a positive direction as the Reds continue in their pursuit of Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham.

The 19-year-old impressed massively on his return to Bundesliga action the other night, scoring a fantastic long range strike as well as notching an assist as well.

Liverpool seem to be in a race against Real Madrid mainly for the signature of the wonderkid, but as Talbot suggests, Merseyside seems to be the preferred destination for the England international.

A deal would likely cost around £120million, but with Liverpool reportedly having around £250million to spend in the summer, finances shouldn’t be a problem with the deal.
