None of Liverpool’s golden generation of attackers will NOT represent their nations at the World Cup in Qatar.

Roberto Firmino was overlooked by the Brazil coach. Many believe that he should have been selected ahead of Richarlison. Firmino has scored six goals and assisted three, more than a bunch of other Brazil strikers that were chosen. Given the quality and depth at his disposal, Tite decided to not take one of Liverpool’s fan favourite, Bobby Firmino.

Sadio Mane looks set to miss the World Cup because of an injury. Mané limped off after an impact injury while playing for Bayern Munich. The injury caused him a little nerve pain. After initial scans and a medical check-up, it is expected that he will miss the World Cup. This will be a huge loss for Senegal.

Mohamed Salah had one of the most difficult years for Egypt. He will be missing the World Cup after his national side lost to Senegal in the final qualifier.

This iconic front three has given Liverpool fans a lot to look back at and smile about. Mané played 269 games and score 120 goals, Salah: 274 games, and 170 goals, and Firmino played 346 games and 106 goals. They were one of the most lethal attacking units in World football.

No one can argue that the quality of the World Cup will deteriorate a little without these three big names representing their national sides and fighting for what will be all their last World Cups.

Other than these three, there are a bunch of other international stars who will miss out on the World Cup, and those are listed below
