Loads of Liverpool fans ran out of patience with striker Divock Origi during his side’s 2-0 defeat to Chelsea on Tuesday night.

The 24-year-old started in a trio alongside Takumi Minamino and Sadio Mane as the Reds crashed out of the FA Cup miserably. Goals from Willian, which was helped by a poor error from Adrian, and Ross Barkley scored in the second half to ensure that Frank Lampard’s side were in the hat for the next round.

The Kop faithful were furious with one player in particular in what was a horrific night at Stamford Bridge.

Is Divock Origi's time up at Anfield?

Origi started on the left of the front three as manager Jurgen Klopp looked to implement his usual system with a youthful twist, but struggled as he failed to make an impact on the game. He only attempted one dribble, lost possession 11 times and had a pass success rate of just 63%, as per Sofascore.

As a result, supporters raged at the Belgian and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he is out of his depth at Liverpool, while another simply stated that he was not good enough.
