Speculation linking Jurgen Klopp with a move for a winger currently on the books of our boss’ previous club, Borussia Dortmund, continues to grow.
The winger in question is, of course, Christian Pulisic.
Pulisic, a US international is rated in the £70 million bracket but the indication given by the news vehicle, the Telegraph.
Whilst Dortmund don’t want to sell the 20-year-old, our referenced source implies that if a large enough bid is received then a sale could be possible.
But the Bundesliga club have put a proviso on any deal, they’re not prepared to let the player leave this January, any move would have to wait until the summer
As for possible competition for his signature, we need to look no further than Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, I’ve got this gut-feeling that Liverpool could have the edge with Pulisic wanting to link up with Jurgen Klopp again after their paths crossed briefly at Borussia Dortmund.
