And Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is just one of the players that has been rumoured with a transfer to Anfield as reported by The Daily Star, yet recent comments from Robbie Savage have caused mass outrage in the Liverpool community, with the former Premier League player claiming on BBC 5 Live that the 19-year-old England international would easily replace Mohamed Salah in the starting XI.
Do Liverpool need Jadon Sancho?
With Salah this weekend hitting 70 Premier League goals in his 100th league appearance for the Reds, a record that only Alan Shearer has bested as reported by BBC Sport, plenty of Reds supporters on social media couldn’t believe Savage’s comments that Sancho could replace the Egyptian international in the first-team.
Here’s what lots of Liverpool fans had to say on Twitter about Savage’s thoughts on Sancho replacing Salah…
This is disrespectful man, Mo has won 2 Golden boots in a row, on the verge of hitting 20+ goals in 3 consecutive seasons but we should sell him because a 19 year old kid might be better in the future

Liverpool will face stern competition for Sancho, with the aforementioned Daily Star report also claiming that Chelsea and Manchester United are also interested in the England international.
