Some Liverpool fans have been reacting to reports that Xherdan Shaqiri could leave the club at the end of the season.
The Reds are prepared to let go the Switzerland international and Football Insider revealed that sporting director Michael Edwards is seeking £28m for his sale.
Manager Jurgen Klopp previously apologised to the 28-year-old midfielder for his lack of game time but has still only made six Premier League appearances in the Premier League this season.
Will Xherdan Shaqiri leave Liverpool in the summer?
Yes
No
Despite this, supporters were completely divided on what they feel the best future is for Shaqiri and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he is a “good player”, but admitted that he has had too many injuries.

This guy will not play for us again. Somethings gone down that’s left a sour taste in Klopps mouth. LFC have an incredible way of keeping stuff like this hush hush #Sakho

Some fans hailed Edwards due to his previous work.
Michael Edward would be able to sell everything in Poundland for a fiver https://t.co/l5ghSDsLi8

Others had doubts, and one said that it is “not going to happen” because he feels we have priced him out a move.
Would be very surprised if there’s a club that willing to match the demanded price https://t.co/TUnFIjJA7v
