It’s now being reported that Liverpool are in talks with Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
With reports yesterday circling that Chelsea had agreed a fee with Arsenal, and that the England midfielder was in talks with them, Liverpool are now being linked with a move according to Sky Sports.
With a believed agreement in place with Chelsea for around the £35million mark, Sky reported earlier this afternoon that Liverpool had now opened talks over the player as well and moreover, Oxlade-Chamberlain has already turned down Chelsea, himself preferring a switch to Anfield.
The 24 year old is out of contract at the end of this season and Sky are confident he will see out his final eleven months if a transfer to Liverpool cannot be arranged before the closure of the transfer window.
