Liverpool are ready to pay a significant fee for 19-year-old Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham and believe they are more than capable of convincing the youngster to join their ranks at Anfield.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the Reds are willing to pay the big fee that Dortmund are asking for the midfielder and are not put off by it rising in recent weeks.
There will certainly be competition to sign Bellingham, if the club chooses to wait until next summer to attempt to get his signature.
Real Madrid and Chelsea are also reported to be frontrunners for the talented midfielder’s signature and Liverpool will want to avoid getting into a bidding war with two titans of the game.

Dortmund reportedly want at least £103m; a sum that could be argued as a fair price for the youngster, a player who is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in Europe.
Jurgen Klopp’s team also has an aging midfield and it’s been reported that improving the club’s engine room is high on the list of priorities.
Bellingham is the type of talent who can spearhead Liverpool’s midfield for years to come, a special player, who should be considered at all costs.
