Benjamin Sesko was a standout star in Liverpool’s pre-season fixture against RB Salzburg yesterday evening, with the highly-rated teenager scoring the only goal in the game.
The 19-year-old isn’t short of attention from around Europe either, according to Spanish news outlet Fichajes, Liverpool, Tottenham, Newcastle and Real Madrid are all chasing the striker.
Salzburg has become renowned as the place to find the next big forward in Europe; with Erling Haaland, Karim Adeyemi and Patson Daka all learning their trade at the Austrian club.
RB Salzburg are reportedly keen to keep Sesko in their ranks for this season at least, but as previous forwards have highlighted, the allure of a big European team is hard to resist.

With news breaking today that Roberto Firmino is set to join Juventus, Liverpool could look to make the most of their favourable relationship with Salzburg and bring Sesko to Merseyside.
Transfermarkt rate the forwards value at £9 million, however, reports suggest Salzburg will demand a far greater fee to let go of their new prized asset.
Sesko will be looking to make his mark in the Austrian top flight this season to make any future fee for himself justified.
Nevertheless, the youngster showed glimpses during a loan spell last season at FC Leifering of his capabilities.
The teenager feasted at the Austrian second division team; scoring 21 times in 29 games, an impressive feat regardless of the level of competition.
Wherever the teenager ends up, his progression will be an interesting watch and with Liverpool losing three forward options this summer, they should be considering the youngster as a future option.
