Reliable journalist, Fabrizio Romano, has offered a promising update for Liverpool fans regarding what Jurgen Klopp’s current situation is.
Following Germany’s abysmal performances in the World Cup leaving them to be knocked out in the Group Stage, Klopp was starting to be linked to a possible switch to the national team.
However, it has now perhaps surprsingly been confirmed that Hansi Flick will continue as Germany’s head coach until at least Euro 2024, ruling out any sort of move for Klopp.
Romano tweeted saying: “Jurgen Klopp was never keen on being appointed as new Germany manager. He’s 100% focused on Liverpool now, already discussing new signings with the board and insisting for Bellingham.”

Klopp has been at the Reds since October 2015, and has been a hero to the fans ever since- winning every trophy possible in the process.
Amid the ongoing situation regarding the ownership of the club, it’s nice to hear reports of normal and functional work being carried out.
With Liverpool currently sitting 6th in the Premier League, there is no time to waste in improving the squad and trying to push up the league table.
Hopefully this report from Romano suggests that a deal for Jude Bellingham is becoming closer and closer, what a signing it will be!
