Reacting in droves to defender Andrew Robertson’s latest tweet, many Liverpool fans have praised the 26-year-old for building anticipation ahead of the Premier League’s pending restart – as one supporter pleads with him to ‘keep rattling the rivals‘.
Robertson, who has started 27 league games for the Reds this season, marking himself out as a real fan favourite, has now attracted a cult following on social media – with his account currently having 1.2 million followers.
As the Premier League looks set to restart on June 17, many Liverpool fans have flocked in excitement to Robertson’s latest Twitter post which simply reads ‘calm before the storm‘.
This could be a hint towards the Reds’ near-title triumph as Jurgen Klopp’s side approach their first Premier League victory in 30 years.
Grabbing seven assists from left-back and making the most fourth-most tackles out of any Liverpool player according to WhoScored, it’s clear to see why these supporters have flocked to one of his latest messages.
