Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live recently, ex-Liverpool defender Stephen Warnock has tipped the Reds to sign Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to challenge our stellar front three ahead of next season’s title defence – resulting in plenty of supporters gushing over his assessment of the ‘bargain‘ 22-goal ace.
Aubameyang, who is reportedly stalling on a contract extension, with his current deal looking set to expire in 2021, Warnock has now urged Michael Edwards and co to consider a move for the Gabon international who has bagged a noteworthy 19 goals in just 30 Premier League starts.
Indeed, the 31-year-old would apparently be a stellar addition to our side given his wage demands and the fact he could put pressure on the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.
