The line-ups are in ahead of tonight’s Capital One Cup tie between Stoke City and Liverpool at the Britannia Stadium…

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp makes three changes to the side that lost 2-0 at West Ham United on Saturday.

In come Kolo Toure, Joe Allen and Adam Lallana. Out go Mamadou Sakho, Jordan Ibe and Christian Benteke.

The latter two are on a bench that also includes James Milner following a calf problem.

For the hosts, defender Geoff Cameron starts after having a three-match ban overturned.

Elsewhere, Glen Johnson is the only one of Stoke’s trio of ex-Reds to start with Charlie Adam and Peter Crouch having to make do with a place on the bench.

At the time of writing, Vital Liverpool users, who voted in our online poll, are finding the game too close to call. 40% foresee the Merseysiders heading home with a first leg lead, while the same amount think they’ll lose. The remaining 20% are expecting a draw.

The game is scheduled for a 8.00pm GMT kick-off and will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports 1.
