The line-ups are in ahead of tonight’s Capital One Cup semi-final first leg between Chelsea and Liverpool at Anfield…

Kop boss Brendan Rodgers makes just the one change to the side that defeated Aston Villa 2-0 at Villa Park on Saturday.

Skipper Steven Gerrard is the man to come into the side, at the expense of Fabio Borini, after overcoming a hamstring problem.

Mario Balotelli is again ruled out through illness, while youngster Jordan Rossiter is amongst the substitutes.

The visitors, who host Liverpool in the second leg at Stamford Bridge next Tuesday, also field an extremely strong side, which contrary to speculation does include Diego Costa.

Belgium No.1 Thibaut Courtois takes over the gloves from Peter Cech.
