Which players are likely to be unavailable when Liverpool take on Manchester United?…

Liverpool full-back Andrew Robertson is available after sitting out the scoreless Champions League last-16 second leg tie against FC Porto with a knock picked up during last weekend’s 2-0 league win over Newcastle United.

The Scottish international has come through full training in recent days and is expected to reclaim his regular starting spot at the expense of Alberto Moreno.

Kop boss Jürgen Klopp expects captain Jordan Henderson to be fit despite the midfielder struggling with a dead leg towards the end of the match on Tuesday night.

Should that be the case then there will be no major absentees now Georginio Wijnaldum has overcome the illness that had kept him recently.

Selection wise, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah are set to return to the first X1 after dropping to the bench against Porto.

For the hosts, Marouane Fellaini should be included in a matchday squad for the first time since January after recovering from a knee issue that required surgery.

Anthony Martial, who marked his United debut with a memorable goal against Liverpool in September 2015, Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones (all knocks), Daley Blind (ankle) and Ander Herrera (hamstring) all face late fitness tests.

Neither side has anyone ruled out through suspension but Liverpool midfielder Emre Can is just one booking away from reaching 10 for the campaign and triggering a two-match ban.
