Christian Falk: Bellingham wants Liverpool move

|

Reliable Bundesliga journalist, Christian Falk, has revealed that both Jude Bellingham and his father wants a move to Liverpool in the summer.

Speaking to Caught Offside, Falk revealed that Jurgen Klopp has played a key role in convincing the Dortmund midfieldfer that Anfield is the best location for the wonderkid.

Falk claimed: “Bellingham would like to play for Liverpool. His father, who is the main character in this potential deal, is also convinced of that but Dortmund has to get the money for this deal.”

Any deal for the 19-year-old would likely cost up to £120million, which Liverpool could reportedly afford with a £250million transfer budget in the upcoming summer window.

Many fans seem to think that Bellingham has hinted about the move to Merseyside in a interview released in recent days by Borussia Dortmund.

Dropping the infamous Liverpool quote “This means more” has really got the Liverpool fans around the world excited.

The way he describes how the fans and the city were a major part in him joining Borussia Dortmund, it sounds very much like the supporters of Liverpool.

Everything in the media seems to be suggesting that Bellingham will become a Liverpool player in 2023, but a late move from Real Madrid, Manchester City or PSG shouldn’t be ruled out.
