One of the best young talents to emerge in the Premier League this season is starting to attract some transfer speculation.

Since bursting onto the scene, the 20-year-old West Ham midfielder, Declan Rice, has become an instant hit with the West Ham support whilst also, at such a young age, becoming one of the first names that the West Ham manager, Manuel Pellegrini puts on the team-sheet.

Today, the news source, the Express, is reporting that two Premier League clubs are looking at making bids, said to be of the magnitude of £35 million, to try and sign the player.

Liverpool are one whilst the other is named as Tottenham Hotspur.

However, it remains to be seen if Rice is indeed looking for a move or whether he’s happy to wait until he receives a contract offer from West Ham United he finds acceptable.

adding such a talented youngster as Declan Rice to the squad would, we feel, be a good move.
