Despite the recent rumours surrounding his future at the club, Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has admitted he is 100% committed to the club and wants to continue winning trophies at Anfield.

The speculation over Salah’s future came after an interview with Spanish publication AS, in which he failed to rule out a potential move to either Barcelona or Real Madrid, stating that his future was in the club’s hands.

However, when recently asked about his future by Norwegian channel TV2, via Sky Sports, the Egyptian has stated that he wants to stay at Anfield for as long as he can and continue to win trophies for the Reds…

“I do not know. If you ask, I say I want to stay here as long as I can, but, as I have said before, it is in the hands of the club. I will always give 100 per cent to the last minute I am in this club and I want to win as many trophies as I can, and I want to give 100 per cent to the people, who show me love all the time.”

It is great to hear that Salah is happy to commit his future with the club and wants to continue to progress, not just his own career but also the future of the club too.

Salah has done unimaginable things since joining the Reds in 2017 with him breaking numerous records as well as helping Liverpool to Champions League and Premier League victory – something that he clearly wants to continue and if I can speak on behalf of the fans, so do we.
