We often see some of the best players in the world finding themselves linked with moves away from their parent clubs almost every day and the same can be said for Liverpool’s cohort of stars.

One of the biggest rumours we see every week is that of the future of our Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah, who since joining the reds in 2017 has become one of the best players in the world and one of the most prolific goalscorers in the club’s history during that time.

It didn’t help the cause when back in December, the 28-year-old had an interview with Spanish publication AS, where he failed to rule out a move away from the club in the near future after being poised with the question as to whether he would join a club like Real Madrid or Barcelona one day. Much to Liverpool fans’ dismay, he has yet again added fuel to the fire when speaking to Marca over the current international breaking, stating that his future isn’t up to him and that we will see what happens, as cited by AnfieldWatch on Twitter…

It doesn’t fill you with confidence when one of your star players isn’t sure about his future at the club himself and instead directs the attention onto the decision of the club instead.

I think it is safe to say that Liverpool would happily have Salah retire at the club and no doubt have never even dreamed of selling him after what he has achieved and the player he has become over the last four seasons.

Will Mane, Salah or Firmino leave Liverpool this summer?

No

Hopefully, the rumours and fire fueled by Salah aren’t anything serious and are likely just a plea by himself and his agent for an improved contract but there is no telling with the current market as a club could easily come in to swoop him at any time.

What do you think Liverpool fans, will Salah leave the club? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section down below…
