The 21-year-old central midfielder has raised many eyebrows in the World Cup. He has made two appearances for Argentina and gotten his name on the scoresheet in one of the games. His ability to create space for those around him, his ball retention in midfield, and his passes that help break the opponent’s defensive lines make him an exciting prospect.
Having been linked with Liverpool by reports in the SPORT, the Benfica midfielder will have to be on the watchlist by multiple clubs across the globe. In the summer, he recently joined the Portuguese club, Benfica, which means if there is any hope of him having to move, it will be for a considerably high free.

If he manages to help Argentina progress and go far in the World Cup, his transfer fees will certainly shoot through the roof. Enzo Fernandez is now the youngest player to score for Argentina at the FIFA World Cup since Lionel Messi scored for them back in 2006.
Besides Liverpool, Manchester City is also interested in signing Fernandez.
