The summer transfer window isn’t far away for the footballing world and we will no doubt see some fantastic deals coming both ways in a bid to try and strengthen our squad ahead of another Premier League title contention.

With that comes the time where we say some of the regular faces at the club head for the exit door with names such as Divock Origi, Xherdan Shaqiri, and even Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all being linked with a move away from Anfield – but two new names have been added to the list of possible departures this summer.

Both Marko Grujic and Harry Wilson are set to be sold by the club this summer to raise further funds for the club’s transfer activity as cited by AnfieldWatch on Twitter, with Grujic currently on loan at Porto and Wilson currently on loan at Cardiff…

Grujic has failed to really cement a place for himself in this Liverpool squad during his time here and has spent the majority of his Liverpool career on loan at Cardiff City, Hertha Berlin, and now FC Porto with all three loans failing to help him earn Jurgen Klopp’s trust.

Wilson has been at the club since he was a kid and has played at all levels for the club, along with multiple loans to Crewe Alexandra, Hull City, Derby County, Bournemouth, and now Cardiff and all with a similar outcome to Grujic – failing to cement a place in the starting XI or on the bench due to the quality already operating in those positions.

With. both players currently rated at a combined £27million according to Transfermarkt, it is likely that the club could get around £30million for their services which would provide some great funds to go towards Liverpool’s business this summer.
