Which players are likely to be unavailable when Liverpool take on AFC Bournemouth?…

After Liverpool’s exertions in overcoming Manchester City and booking a place in the Champions League semi-finals in midweek, manager Jürgen Klopp could again rest players when they return to Premier League action against AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.

Amongst those most likely to benefit if he does are Ragnar Klavan, Nathaniel Clyne, Alberto Moreno, Dominic Solanke and Danny Ings.

Elsewhere, captain Jordan Henderson is available again after his European suspension, but Joël Matip (thigh), Joe Gomez (ankle), Emre Can and Adam Lallana (thigh) all remain sidelined though injury.

AFC Bournemouth arrive on Merseyside with a minor question mark over the availability of former Reds winger Jordan Ibe, who missed last weekend’s draw with Crystal Palace through illness.

Definitely out for the Cherries are Junior Stanislas and Adam Smith (knee), while defender Tyrone Mings is short of match fitness after seven months out and unlikely to be risked.

Neither side has anyone ruled out through suspension.

Possible Liverpool X1: Karius, Clyne, Klavan, van Dijk, Moreno, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Solanke, Ings.
